Please peruse this page prior to booking in a session with us, B2B - K9 Obedience.
Clients who have used any of our services whether via phone, email, website or in person(s) are assumed to have read and understood our terms & conditions, disclaimers and ethos of training as a process.
Bearing in mind that our canine companions are creatures of their own habits and own capabilities - correction or "schooling" or "training" presents as a challenge to what they know or have gotten away with and can trigger unpredictable or rebellious behaviour. Therefore by use of our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless of Back2Basics- K9 Obedience of all liability in connection with personal injury or of the animal, loss or theft howsoever during or after the training sessions.
By booking or undertaking a lesson with us, we assume the following:
Sufficient Vaccinations
Flea, Tick &/or Worm treated
Fit or healthy for training
Privacy
Per our disclaimer, all sessions, discussions and private details remain confidential and will not be shared with another entity without permission. Images or videos may on occasion be taken from a session to be shared on our website or social media, please inform us if you restrict us from sharing these images. The same may be applicable for testimonials.
Payment & Billing
While no cancellation fees apply, we do appreciate courtesy notice of at least 3 hours before the intended appointment. Our fees are priced fairly to cover running costs, registration fees, travel and for our expertise. Payment is due at the end of the lesson per arrangement with trainer. Our fees should not vary from quote by more than $20 ie. additional time, travel, intensity of lesson.

We are very invested and professional in development and shaping your dog to become better versions of themselves. We are utilising inherent traits in your dog's repetoire to achieve success. However we cannot 100% guarantee the desired outcome: i) in one lesson for some dogs, ii) If goal is set too high from starting point, iii) if you or family do not practice or follow through with training
